[Video runs from 1:04 to 18:17 exactly. The first segment of plot ends at 5:30, which is followed by a gameplay segment until 12:00 (not important and can be skipped). Then more plot.

Shinji will not be replying to this post.]

[First, Kefka just stares at the screen. He doesn't seem to realize that he hit video; he just stares, eyes huge as saucers, blood draining from his face.

Death is natural. Death is inevitable. Death happens to everyone. It just hadn't occurred to him that it would happen to Shinji.

It's not that the death of children is surprising. Hell, he's killed plenty; Doma still had some kids running around in it when he poisoned it, which doesn't even touch on enemy soldiers he's killed who were too young to shave, too young for their monthly bleeding. Ha, his experience reaches further than that; how many had he seen waste away or killed in an accident or some other foul fate as an orphan? Everyone dies, children included.

But. It hadn't occurred to him that it would happen to Shinji. On a soft Earth, in a game world safe from the dangers of the outside, while carrying a magic of Kefka's; how could he die?

That shouldn't be possible.

That's not possible.]

[ She's not going to comment this because she knows he's not going to respond back. But she definitely saw it. More people she cares about getting killed off for her to watch. At the very least, part of Yuri hoped that Shinji would just wake up in her world. In her afterlife. She knew he wouldn't though, somehow. Ange hadn't either. Shinji wouldn't. They were both gone now. ]
